Who we are:

Since 1982, Hamptons Habitat Enterprises Corp. has been building quality custom homes for some of the most discerning clients throughout the Hamptons and Nassau County. As a Hamptons home builder, we offer a wide range of construction services including general contracting, construction management, owner’s representation, permit expediting, supplemental design and pre-construction services. We pride ourselves on the superior level of quality and service that we consistently deliver to our clients both during and after the construction process.

Our Property Management division provides custom tailored maintenance packages designed specifically around the needs of each individual client and their home. Hamptons property services range from seasonal services to complete home and asset management plans, which include your cars, boats and even that custom putting green in the back yard.

Our history:

The Ramsay family of Hamptons Habitat have been building custom homes on the East End of Long Island since 1982.  While we’ve grown significantly from our beginnings as a small family run business, we still maintain the same fundamental principles of honestly, integrity and accountability which continue to be the keys to our growth and success.

Hamptons Habitat’s original office located on Sunset Avenue in Westhampton Beach has moved to a larger location at 381-13 Old Riverhead Road in Westhampton Beach.

Regardless of the stage of the project, the site and the house are respected as a home. We have developed a unique system to gather and execute all finish information for each home allowing us to consistently get the best value for our clients and ensure timely completion and early move-in dates. Our system also yields a custom tailored maintenance package upon completion of the project.
