Since 1982, Hamptons Habitat has been building high end custom homes throughout the eastern end of Long Island. Hamptons Habitat Property Management Corp. grew organically out of the need to service and maintain our Habitat construction projects. The goal of our Property Management Division is to alleviate the worries of maintaining, repairing and updating your Hamptons home.

Hamptons Habitat was launched as a construction and renovation company in 1982 by the Ramsay family. Stephen Ramsay quickly became one of the most trusted custom home builders in the Quogue/Westhampton Beach area, and beyond. In 2010 Stephen and his wife Barbara decided it was time to retire and head south for a warmer climate.

Stephen’s Vice President of several years, Jeremy Wheaton and Office Manager, Randy Wheaton organized and implemented a seamless transition of ownership. Jeremy and Randy have made it a top priority to maintain the same fundamental principles of honesty, integrity and accountability that Stephen instilled in them. These principles continue to be the key to their growth and success. Jeremy has a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Rochester Institute of Technology combined with 25 years of both commercial and residential construction management experience. Randy has over 25 years of finance & accounting experience in the construction industry.

At the helm of our operations is Bailey Grenga. With over 10 years of construction management and residential service experience and a degree in Business Management from SUNY Oswego.
